RockSteps is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. This notice explains how we use that information.

What we collect and why

If you contact us, we collect your name, email address and message so we can read and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: communicating with people who choose to contact RockSteps. We do not use contact-form details for marketing unless we ask separately and you choose to opt in.

Form security and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile, which processes technical information needed to detect automated abuse. Resend delivers the enquiry to our mailbox. These companies process information for us and may process it outside the UK using their stated legal safeguards.

How long we keep it

Resend retains email and log data for 30 days on its free plan. We keep enquiries in our mailbox only for as long as needed to respond and manage any follow-up, ordinarily no longer than 12 months unless there is a legal or operational reason to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows. Contact us through the website form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Automated decisions

We do not use your enquiry for profiling or automated decision-making. Turnstile automatically assesses whether a submission appears to be made by a person rather than a bot solely to protect the form from abuse.
